Movies @ Marymoor Park
Series runs July 11th-August 29th
From musical, adventure and comedy films to circus acts and food trucks, the First Tech Movies@Marymoor is sure to please movie crowds at King County’s Marymoor Park this summer.
Now in its eighth season of Wednesday night movies, the series kicks off July 11 with the classic musical “Grease” followed by the hit fantasy “Hugo” (July 18) and the hilarious comedy “Crazy, Stupid, Love.” (July 25). The series continues with “The Muppets” (Aug. 1), “Moneyball” (Aug. 8), the original version of “Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory” (Aug. 15), “Raiders of the Lost Ark” (Aug. 22) and concludes with “The Princess Bride” (Aug. 29).
New this year, circus performers will entertain, food trucks will be cooking, and prizes will be awarded for best costume at each film. Movies are shown on a 40-foot inflatable movie screen. Bring your own lawn chairs, blankets and warm clothes for a comfortable evening and don’t forget the dog! Pre-movie seating is $5 starting at 7 p.m. Movies show at dusk.
