By entering a Click 98.9 contest you agree to be bound by these rules.

Unless otherwise specified, all winners must be at least 18 years old. If any prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the winner will be disqualified and another winner will be drawn.

Only one winner is allowed per family (or household) within a thirty-day period of time. If a prize exceeds $100, winner must wait 90 days before winning again. No family or household may win more than 2 prizes valued at $100 or more over a 12-month period.

Subject to state laws, Click 98.9 contests are open to legal residents of Washington State except for employees and their families of Bellevue Radio, Inc., Orca Radio Inc., Seascape Radio, Inc., Sandusky Newspapers, Inc., their affiliates and their dependents and employees of media outlets in the Seattle Market area. Unless otherwise noted, all entrants must reside within the TSA boundaries applicable to Click 98.9 as defined by Arbitron.

One entry is allowed per person per contest. Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries unless detailed in a specific contest addendum. Click 98.9 will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or sponsor.  In the event of a dispute, all email entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent.  For these purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account.  Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by Click 98.9 in its sole, reasonable discretion, and Click 98.9 reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the contest. 

All contests on the website can only be entered online unless an alternative form of entry is detailed for a specific contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No purchase is necessary. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winner. All prizes will be awarded when applicable and substitutions may be made by Click 98.9. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable or cash unless specified.

By entering any contest, winners consent, without limitation and without receiving additional compensation, to the use of their names, voices, photographs and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes of Click 98.9 and its affiliates or agents. All entries to any contests remain the property of Click 98.9.

If the contest is judged by Click 98.9, all judges' decisions are final. Click 98.9 has the right to make changes in the website contest in order to protect the integrity of the station. Click 98.9 reserves the right to discontinue any contest at any time.

Winner acknowledgment and release forms may be necessary for release of a prize and must include winner’s names, address, city, state, zip code, place of employment, date of birth, work and home telephone numbers, social security number and signature. All winners are subject to conditions outlined on the winner's release and acknowledgment forms.

If a person is deemed ineligible for acceptance of a prize, she or he will be contacted by telephone or email. If a winner cannot be located or does respond to claim his/her prize within 60 days after notification, the prize will be forfeited.

All prizes will be mailed unless otherwise indicated. Click 98.9 cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen prizes mailed or emailed to winners. Prizes to be picked up from Click 98.9 are available between 10am and 4pm Monday through Friday at the Click 98.9 business office. All winners must show proper identification and sign a release form at the time she or he receives their prize.

Unless otherwise specified, winners have 60 days from the date the prize was won to pick up their prize.  After 60 days, the prize will be forfeited.

These rules apply to all Click 98.9 contests including contests conducted by Click 98.9 on sites like Facebook.  Additional rules may apply to a specific contest and are explained in an addendum when applicable.
